Gift Bag Decorations {Rule of 3} with Savannah O'Gwynn

I have a super amazing friend getting married in NINE days!!!!!! And one of my favorite gifts to give brides (along with my other favorite gift: The Power of a Praying Wife/Husband books) is a week of goodies to wear each day before the BIG day! These gifts are secret... but what I can tell you is that decorating the bags was SUPER easy because I used the "Rule of 3"- use 3 (or 4) elements to make your gift or gift bag pop or extra special.
