Savannah O'Gwynn here, and today I'm sharing a quick start-to-finish card with you!! This card and video are quick today because...
- Trav and I leave for a trip to Israel in less than 24 hours!!!!! HOOOOORAY:)
- I ran out of time!
- Trav kind of challenged me in our interview video (HERE)-- he said if I ever tried "his" card style/design than the video would be quick! That's exactly what I needed since I haven't even packed for our trip yet!!! LOL!
I actually think that I might start a NEW feature here on the VS blog using Trav's Card Style as my inspiration/design! LOL!
Here's the video:
Paper Smooches stamps: We Connect; Paper Smooches dies: Hearts

ReplyDeleteWhat a darling card! I just love your videos - you always have a smile in your voice! I think you're on to something with "stamp, ribbon, done!" Hope you have a fabulous trip!
ReplyDeleteA+++ in following *almost* Trav's advice: you've stamped and 'ribboned' beautifully with this card, and the patterned paper edges and wee heart - we'll just call those special touch embellishments! Stunning card - and yes, it does deserve to be heading to a publication challenge! Love it x a zillion!! Enjoy your trip!! Hugs~c
ReplyDeleteSav, this is SOOOO pretty!!! I LOVE it!! The gold embossing, accented by the gold thread is gorgeous! That's really all that was needed!! Trav must be right...ribbon, stamp, DONE!!!

ReplyDeleteI think he's got something here! Darling card!
ReplyDeleteOh Savannah, you're going to LOVE Israel! When I went in 2000, it felt like I was "home!" It was the strangest thing. The Bible just came alive to me and it will to you, too! Every stop we made I picked up something, like dirt, stones, and even water (Red Sea, Jordan river, Med Sea, Dead Se). I brought Ziploc baggies and small containers for the liquids.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time!
Hugs,
Beth
New fan of yours, love your creations and this card is GORGEOUS!
