Birthday Choir with Smarty Pants, Smarty Pants Icons and School Icons

Kim featured this card in the latest Paper Smooches newsletter. It features the Smarty Pants stamp set and coordinating Smarty Pants Icons dies. I also used part of the pencil from the School Icons dies to create the stage curtains!

I used the professor as the conductor/music teacher and the bookworms as his choir. The sentiment is from the Happy Birthday stamp set and the music notes are from Perpetual Bliss and Beboppin.

The wooden stage was die cut using the Quotables dies and the professor's shadow was stamped with the Shadows stamp set.

{BLANK} with Savannah O'Gwynn

Hello, friends:}

Savannah O'Gwynn here, and today.... well.... I'm not sure how to explain this video! It's RANDOM!

I was inspired by my card from last week {HERE}... and pulled out more papers and calendar journaling cards to make another CAS card based on Trav's Card Style (TCS). However, I realized quickly that TCS was NOT going to work! LOL!

In this video--- you will see just how much I think about my creations! CAS isn't simple for me because I think think THINK!

Now the good news is that my card turned out AWESOME:)

Trav's Card Style #4 with Savannah O'Gwynn

Hello, friends:}

Savannah O'Gwynn here, and today I'm giving Trav's Card Style (TCS) another shot! This is my 4th try! LOL!

I did change his style a bit.... I went from "stamp, ribbon, done" to "stamp, embellish, done"! I know that I broke the rules, but I figured Trav wouldn't mind since this card is perfect for my Dad's birthday! LOL!

Olsen also makes an appearance in this video-- oh my! He's sooooooo silly!

Here's the video *****Be sure to change your settings to HD before watching! THANKS!

Feel Better with Healthy Vibes and Nurse Hamsy

Hi, it's Emily here, and today's card features the new Healthy Vibes Icons dies and coordinating Healthy Vibes stamp set. I also used the Party Posse stamp set, Posse Icons dies, Shadows stamp set, Kinfolk stamp set and Scallop Frames dies.

I made this card for husband to send to his mom after her brief stint in the hospital last month. Since none of us were nearby to help out at the time, I thought she'd appreciate this card. I'm also happy to report that she's fully recovered now. Nurse Hamsy was, of course, inspired by my son. ;)

The patterned papers are from Pebbles' Yours Truly 6x6 paper pad, the images were coloured in with Copic markers and I also used Wink of Stella on the spoon.

Band Aids Dies with First Aid Kit + Video Blog Hop!

Paper Smooches released four new dies yesterday and I'm featuring the Band Aids Dies with a sentiment from First Aid Kit as part of Laura Sterckx's 1000 YouTube Subscribers video blog hop!

I made a clean and simple card by die cutting three Band Aids Dies from cotton candy and schoolhouse cardstock. I staggered them on a panel backed with slate gray cardstock from Simon Says Stamp. The vellum is from Cosmo Cricket's Vellumptuous collection.
