I have been highly involved in the scrapbooking/stamping industry since 2004. I have served on many design teams, I have been a design team coordinator for manufacturers and a magazine. I taught for Paper Crafts magazine at CKC while I was a Go-to Gal and have taught at many stores as well. I have written many magazine articles and I loved being a part of the CLASSroom over at Ellen Hutson's education blog. So I feel like I have a LOT to offer and I can't wait to share what I have learned through the years!
Simon Says Stamp encouraged me to create a tutorial for them last month, and I am so glad they did! It was just the boost that I needed.
This blog will be a work in progress for a little while. I am buried with design work at the moment....we are getting ready for the CHA show in January and that adds so much work to my already busy schedule. So please be patient with me. I have plans to fill this blog FULL of useful tips and tricks. I will create at least one new video per month, but I have BIG plans to make far more than that. Making videos is a blast!!
I also have plans to add some fun to this blog as well. I will have a new post for you Mon-Friday...but not just yet....as soon as humanly possible though (wink)
Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by for the "ribbon cutting".
please note...my videos will be more refined after this one. The second one was far harder to put together than the first. (weird)
Without further babbling...here is my newest video.
and in case you missed my first video - here it is :)
Thank you so much for joining me :)
smiles,
Kim

ReplyDeleteReally cute stuff, Kim - fun ideas!
ReplyDeleteMaking videos isn't easy! I get nervous too! I can't even tell you how many times I re-record my opening "hello, it's Christy!" spiel before each one! Lol. Your brave to face your fears and it's going to be great! Can't wait for lots more!

ReplyDeleteawesome Kim, thanks so much for sharing all your talent with us all!!!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what cool thing happen here!
ReplyDeleteYou did just fine Kim! I really could not tell you were nervous. I think sometimes we notice things that really, no one else does! Thank you for sharing the tips. I love the different things you pointed out that you can do that I would never have thought of. The flower for instance - using the back of the stamp which is solid and then flip it over and use the outline side. And love that rocking horse too and using it for a real horse as well. Thank you so much for your ideas!
